The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) is a State Owned Enterprise established through the Namibia Qualifications Authority Act no. 29 of 1996. The NQA is statutorily mandated to evaluate qualifications and set and administer a National Qualifications Framework (NQF), amongst other objects.
The NQA hereby invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the following position:
1.Officer: Accreditation, Audit and Assessment

To conduct research, coordinate site visits, consolidate findings and make recommendations on accreditation, audits and assessments in order to support the quality assurance processes of providers in line with the regulations.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
•Conduct desk evaluations for accreditation and audit
•Coordinate and participate in site visits
B Degree (NQF Level 7) in area of Human Development or Education with at least 3 years relevant experience in these fields.
•Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
•Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
•Knowledge of research principles is required.
•Experience in the field of education quality assurance would be a definite advantage.
•Some knowledge of training, development and/or education would be advantageous.
