The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) is established by an Act of Parliament, Act 29 of 1996 and is set up to accredit training providers and administer the National Qualifications Framework for Namibia, amongst other objects.

To coordinate, execute and perform all administrative support functions and procurement services for the NQA. This includes procurement, stock control, assets control and fleet management.

2. Asset Register & Asset Control
3. Fleet Management
Diploma in Procurement / Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or business related field from a reputable academic institution.
With at least 2-3 years related experience in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience with local procurement policies, procedures and practices and a good understanding of contracts.
Demonstrated ability to manage timely procurement and delivery of items with tight deadlines.
Sound knowledge of the Procurement Act of Namibia
Exposure to Sage Evolution software is an added advantage
