Introduction
The Namibia Qualifications Authority (NQA) is a Public Enterprise established through the Namibia Qualifications Authority Act no. 29 of 1996. The NQA is statutorily mandated to evaluate qualifications and administer the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) of Namibia, amongst other objects.

Specification
To manage the Human Capital function of NQA through recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, organisational design, talent management as well as induction programmes in accordance with strategic and business objectives of the NQA. Implement the Human capital strategy in line with the NQA’s overall business strategy.

Requirements
BCom (Honours) in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development (Level 8)
With at least 5 years related experience in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development of which 2 years should have been at managerial level.

Registration as a Psychometrist is an added advantage
